No. It is a vision and a working prototype, built to show the end state we work backwards from.
No, it is simulated on purpose, so it behaves identically every time and invents nothing during a demo. The prototype is built so a real model can drop in later.
A scribe gives you a transcript and hands the admin back. Because splose owns the system of record, one capture here produces the note, the invoice, the email and the tasks together.
The template now carries the AI and writes the whole note, so the two systems become one for note-writing. The separate saved-prompts surface still needs design work.
The prototype follows a single clinician, but the design is built to scale up to larger and multi-discipline practices.
The clinician reviews and decides on every section, and nothing is finalised silently. They stay the author of the note, which is what keeps it safe in a clinical setting.
